Welcome to my webpage! I am an active duty Marine and have served for fourteen years in the Marine Corps. I began my career at MCRD, Parris Island, South Carolina on 28 November 1994 as a Private (E-1). My first tour was with 2nd Battalion, 8th Marines, in Camp Lejeune, North Carolina (MOS 0311), where I did several deployments and real-world operations. I also completed a tour in Hawaii with Marine Corps Security Forces at Navy Regional Security, Pearl Harbor, and served just over 14 months on a Protective Security Detail for Navy Admiral Thomas B. Fargo, Commander, United States Pacific Command (USPACOM). On 6 May 2006 I graduated from the University of South Carolina with a degree in History and was commissioned as a Second Lieutenant in the Marines. I finished training at The Basic School (TBS) on 15 March 2007, and started my officer career with Headquarters Battalion (HQBN), 1st Marine Division, in Camp Pendleton, California. I'm currently attached to I MEF ATG and deployed to Iraq as the Logistics Advisor for a Military Transition Team (MTT) from October 2008 through May 2009.
