Introduction

Here are a few updates from lovely Quantico, VA, at The Basic School (TBS). This place kept me just busy enough to stay sane, but the time has come and I'm ready for my new job as a Supply Officer, MOS 3002. There is information for all the different MOS jobs under the "MOS Info" link on the MyMOS page from the TBS site. I think it will be a good time and I'm looking forward to being out in California for a few years! Alright, stop reading and go check out the pics!

Unfortunately, the following address continues to change...
I will update where I am once I know mail will get delivered, but in the meantime, check out http://www.mtt0731.blogspot.com/.

So, TBS was about the biggest pain in the butt since I've been in the Marines, but I must admit that the training was good overall. It was fast-paced enough to give us something to complain about, and we still learned a lot about being Marine Lieutenants. Thankfully, we had a professional and experienced staff here, with most of them having served in Iraq or Afghanistan. Their experience helped better prepare us for combat conditions, and I'm thankful for their expertise. Feel free to email or call me to see how the West Coast living is! Post a comment in my Guestbook too! Alright, here is what the last several months have been like...
